  • We take due care while shipping our product through reputed logistic companies so  that the product is delivered safely and in time to you.
  • We offer free shipping to all our customers in India. For other countries, we will charge shipment cost as actual charged by logistic partners.
  • Our products are made by our own designers throughout India and the shipping period may vary from product to product. Please check the product shipping period.
  • As promised, we do adhere to the delivery period however certain circumstances which are beyond are control such as holidays, delays from our shipping partners, weather conditions, strikes etc.
  • We can also help our customers with AWB for tracking purpose.


  • We do also provide a choice to our customers to change or cancel your order within an hour of placing the order.
  • In case, you wish to cancel your order within an hour of placing the order, you are required to send us an email to or call @ 09999111854. 
  • After the stipulated time as specified above, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Refund of cancelled product to be credited in customer account within 7 working days
  • All disputes to be setlled in Gurgaon jurisdiction


Each article is made with love and utmost care, it is very unlikely that you do not like your IndyWeaves products. Don’t worry! We understand your concern and try to cater to all the genuine concerns.

Since each article is customized made on order, it is not possible for us to accept return of article and provide replacement or refund of the same once you place the  order.

Return or refund is only possible when a customer places an order and cancels within an hour, please refer to the cancellation policy 


In this section, we cater only to the concerns relating to size or have received damaged product (a very unlikely event):

  • We strongly advise customers to refer to the size chart available with each article at the time of placing the order. 
  • If you haven’t ordered as per our size chart, don’t worry, we are pretty accommodating. We can provide a replacement only once of required size of same article, subject to availability. Else, customer needs to choose another article of same or higher value which is available with us. 
  • For exchange of article, you are required to courier back the article to our shipping address. The return product must be in its original form, not  worn, not washed, not altered etc
  • IndyWeaves team will inspect the article and in case they approve, then an email confirmation will be sent to the customer with the delivery timelines.To receive an exchanged product in different size, customer needs to pay Rs.150/- for courier charges. The payment of courier charges can be made directly to bank or via paytm.
  • In case, you receive a damaged product, you are advised to email us the photo of damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the same. Your email must contain complete information including order number
  • Products that are eligible for exchange, must be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
